Homework: WS Implicit Differentiation 1 - 10 Today most students took a requiz on motion/chain rule. Before the quiz we went over any qualifying questions.
Homework: WS Calculus Ripped from the Headlines (a Due to the performance on yesterday's quiz, most students will complete a requiz tomorrow. Students received their quizzes today and we went over all the questions.
Homework: be ready for the requiz tomorrow & you will turn in the first two motion packets. Today students got feedback on the graphs of position matched up with the velocity graphs. Then they were to complete the verbal description for the 12 graphs. Afterwards, students had about 30 minutes for the chain rule/motion quiz.
If you are having trouble matching the function to its derivative graph, try the Big Derivative Puzzle on the AP Calc page. Homework: Today's WS Motion Packet (had to complete 7 multiple choice questions). Today after our 5 warm-up questions (trig limits), we did #1 of today's worksheet. Then students paried up to complete the motion match game. We will finish the descriptions tomorrow before the quiz.
Also, worked out solutions to yesterday's worksheet is posted on the calculus page. Homework: Complete today's worksheet 1 - 4. Chain rule/Motion Quiz is tomorrow, November 6th.
