Homework: WS Practice Test for Unit 8
We started class with a quick review of trapezoids. We went over any questions on WS 6.6 and then turned it in. Students received a WS Practice Test for Unit 8. This is due tomorrow. The unit 8 test will be on Wednesday, 4/16.
Homework: WS Practice Test for Unit 8 We looked at given evidence from a diagram and were able to conclude what type of quadrilateral it was. We completed our examples from 6.6 and did one side of the attached worksheet (6.6) together in class.
Homework: WS 6.6 both sides We started with a warm-up problem that reviewed SOH-CAH-TOA and 30-60-90 triangles. Then we went over yesterday's worksheet 6.4/6.5 and turned that in. We completed a green summary sheet of the special parallelograms and the trapezoids.
Homework: WS 6.4/6.5 Day 2 (both sides Students received back their quizzes from yesterday. We completed our notes on 3 special parallelograms: rectangle, rhombus & square. We also discussed trapezoids and kites.
Homework: WS 6.4/6.5 (second worksheet fro We went over and collected the practice quiz 6.1 - 6.3 from yesterday. Then students had 25 minutes to complete quiz 6.1 - 6.3.
Homework: Complete what you know about t First we went over WS 6.3/6.2 that was handed out on Friday. This will be collected tomorrow, April 8th. Then we went through a review of 6.2 as well as two probably that used trig (unit 7). Then students had about 20 minutes to complete the practice quiz 6.1 - 6.3.
Homework: WS Practice Quiz 6.1 - 6.3 and q We did a review section 6.3, of proving a quadrilateral is a parallelogram Then students had about 25 minutes in class to complete the given review worksheet of 6.2 - 6.3.
Homework: Complete all of review worksheet of 6.2 - 6.3. Quiz on 6.1 - 6.3 is next Tuesday, 4/8. We examined 5 ways to prove a quadrilateral is a parallelogram. We used GeoGebra to looks at a variety of quadrilaterals. We completed our class notes for 6.3. We also completed WS 6.3 side A in class.
Homew We completed our notes for 6.2 on parallelograms. We also used GeoGebra to investigate the 5 properties of parallelograms. Students had about 20 minutes in class to complete the attached Worksheet 6.2.
