We completed a review of the 4 key ideas from last week. We completed 6 problems together and then students had the opportunity to ask questions about WS 7.2. This was collected today. Then students had about 15 - 20 minutes to work on their WS Review 7.1 - 7.2. This is due tomorrow.
HW: WS Review 7.1 - 7.2 is due and Quiz 7.1 - 7.2 is tomorrow, February 10th. We completed our class notes on 7.2 and went over the day 1 homework. Students had time to complete the WS 7.2. This will be collected on Monday, 2/9.

We used proportional reasoning to help us answer that question.
Then we completed the first 3 pages of our 7.2 notes on similar polygons. Similar polygons are the same shape with corresponding angles congruent and the corresponding sides are proportional. HW: In your 7.2 packet, complete the day 1 assignment (11 - 20) the page before WS 7.2. We went over the first page of the 7.1 day 1 homework. Then we played a review game on matching like ratios from 10 given ratios.
HW: Complete WS 7.1 day 1. Students were given guided notes for section 7.1 and asked to complete them, with the sub or using their book.
