Students were able to use the desmos activity to see the connection between amplitude, period, and midline. We completed slide #11 together which challenged us to write the equation that describes the height from the ground of people on a ferris wheel as a function of time. We showed how we could use the max and min values to get the amplitude and midline and that the period helped us to get the frequency.
HW: Complete the Desmso activities from this week and the 13-4 Packet. 2nd hour will have their final assessment on Tuesday, May 28th.
