We went over sections 7.5 - 7.6 and students completed a short quiz over section 7.6. Students had the opportunity to ask questions about the review. Solutions to the review are posted on the algebra 3-4 page.
HW: Complete the WS Practice test. Test on chapter 7 is Monday, 2/29. Students completed WS 7.6 Test Prep in class and we went over it as well as their WS 7.6 Practice from yesterday.
HW: Short quiz over section 7.6 tomorrow. We will go over the practice test that was handed out today. Test will be on Monday, 2/29. Third hour completed their quiz from yesterday. Each class was given additional practice on natural logarithms on WS 7.6. 7th hour went over the entire quiz in class.

HW: None if you have turned in all of your work through section 7.6. Test will be Friday. We went over the worksheet on natural logarithms (1 - 39). This was turned in today. Students also had time to complete it in class or work on their 7.6 book assignment.
HW: 7.6 book assignment and quiz 7.5 is tomorrow, 2/23. We went over WS 7.5 test prep and WS 7.5 practice. We did many questions together. Then we watched a video about logarithms. The link is below.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-7tcTIrers_ HW: Complete the worksheet on Natural Logarithms Students received back their quizzes and we went over common errors. We also played a review game using kahoot.it. Then students had time to complete WS 7.5 practice and test prep.
HW: WS 7.5 practice and test prep will be collected tomorrow. We completed a 10 question review before the quiz. Students had about 20 minutes to complete the quiz.
HW: WS 7.5 Practice side only We used the log properties from 7.4 and the conversion between exponential form and logarithmic form (section 7.3) to solve exponential and logarithmic equations. We also found that if we are able to get the same bases then the exponents must be equal. We completed the notes from 7.5 that we started together in class last Friday.
